Genuine Makita 442147-8 — Gasket for bearing box. This thin, flexible rubber gasket seals the bearing/gear box on compatible Makita mitre/slide saws to keep dust and debris out and help maintain proper alignment.
Fits (example models): LS1016L, LS1216 / LS1219L series and DLS211 (305 mm sliding compound mitre saw) — listed in Makita parts diagrams for those saw.
Sold individually and ready to install; the gasket installs around the bearing box and may require a screwdriver or basic hand tools to access the housing during replacement. This is an original Makita gasket from Makita parts and is ideal when a worn or torn seal is letting debris into the bearing area.
