Original Makita 191941-2 carbon brush set (CB‑251 / CB‑253) — direct-fit replacement brush kit for worn motor brushes. This set includes the pair of rectangular electrographite brushes with spring/lead assembly designed to sit in the factory brush holders and restore solid commutator contact and reduce sparking.
Nominal brush dimensions: approximately 7 × 11 × 16 mm (thickness × width × length), so check your worn brush against these measurements before fitting. The material and form factor match the CB‑251/CB‑253 used on a range of older Makita tools.
