Original Makita cork rubber plate — part no. 193202-6 — replacement cork backing for the platen of Makita belt sanders.
Fits Makita 9404 (and 9404J) belt sanders designed for 100 mm × 610 mm sanding belts; pre-cut to the factory platen profile so it drops in to restore the proper backing.
Made from natural cork bonded to a rubber backing to give a cushioned, flat support under the sanding belt — this helps reduce chatter, improve surface finish and keep the belt tracking true when the original pad is worn.
Supplied as a single genuine Makita spare part (part 193202-6), this is the exact replacement piece used on the 9404-series platen assemblies.
