Original Makita 038-162-024 — Cable drum (starter pulley) complete with rewind spring and rope anchor. This is the original Makita starter drum used in the recoil starter assembly: the starter rope winds on the pulley while the internal rewind spring retracts it, so the part is supplied as a complete, ready-to-install unit.

Key details: internal bore fits a ≈10 mm shaft, overall large-diameter face about 74.5 mm, small flange diameter about 24.5 mm and a thickness around 31.5 mm (measurements approximate).
