Hitachi Head Cap And Gasket Set - 877-852

Hitachi 877852 — Head cap and gasket set designed to restore the sealed firing chamber on Hitachi coil framing nailers. The metal head cap plus the matching gasket(s)/seals replace the worn sealing surface that sits between the exhaust valve and the O‑ring to stop air leaks and restore consistent drive.

Fits Hitachi framing/coiled nailer models such as NV65AC / NV75A / NV83A and  NV83A2 

Made to factory specification (manufactured for Hitachi by Metabo HPT / HiKoki), the set is installed using basic hand tools — the assembly uses M6 hex bolts (examples shown as M6×25 and M6×45 in the parts list), so an M6 hex socket or wrench plus a small allen and pliers are typically all that’s needed.
