Original Dremel / Bosch shaft-lock assembly (part no. 2610009839) — a small metal collar plus locking pin that restores reliable spindle locking on affected rotary tools.

This replacement includes the metal collar and the locking pin/retainer used at the front of the tool (the piece that engages when you lock the spindle); it’s designed to be fitted after removing the collet and collet nut and then replacing the worn collar/pin inside the housing.

Fits many rotary-tool models including Dremel 300, 3000, 800, 780 and 8000.
