Makita DGA467Z 18v Brushless LXT 115mm Angle Grinder
The Makita DGA467Z is a compact brushless 18v LXT angle grinder that when linked with the 18v lithium-ion batteries, becomes as powerful as the standard AC powered machine. The powerful brushless DC motor produces an impressive max 8500rpm no load speed. The DGA467Z is built to exceed the DGA458 model. The standard 4 pole motor has been replaced and upgraded by the more efficient and powerful 'brushless motor'.
The DGA467Z is equipped with plenty of high spec features, including the soft start function. The soft start function allows for more skilled,precise work with efficiency which is also complemented by the anti restart function which prevents the accidental turning on of the machine. The DGA467Z is equipped with both ADT(Automatic Torque Drive Technology) meaning that the machine intelligently adjusts the speed of rotation to adapt to the material it's cutting. Also AFT (Active Feedback Sensing Technology) meaning that if the rotation of the disc is suddenly halted, the motor will be stopped. Both of these features mean that the machines discs, body and 18v lithium-ion battery's are used and preserved to full efficiency. Another big factor that this machine possesses is the internal cooling function which is activated when the grinder is working at full potential, this prevents any heat damage taking place on the lithium-ion batteries.
