At PowerToolSpares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing (by email or post) within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Refunds will include the standard delivery cost (if applicable), but not any enhanced or express delivery charges.
If you would like a different item, please give us a call so we can discuss your requirements.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with details and, if possible, include photos. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
